Refund & Returns Policy

At Clearwater Nutrition, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Slim Coffee Booster. This policy outlines your rights regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return period

You may return any unopened, undamaged pack of Slim Coffee Booster within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and, where applicable, the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. You do not need to give a reason for returning an unopened product within this period.

2. Condition of returned goods

To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be:

• Unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.
• In the same condition as when delivered to you.
• Accompanied by your order reference number.

3. How to request a return

Contact our customer care team at info@bonetrremove.world within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, phone number and order reference. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Return postage costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent.

4. Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. Since we operate on a cash-on-delivery (COD) basis, refunds are issued by bank transfer to the account details you provide.

5. Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns of opened, used or damaged products (other than where the product was defective upon delivery). Products returned outside the 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund unless required by Australian Consumer Law (e.g. where a product has a major fault).

6. Defective or incorrectly sent products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bonetrremove.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage at no cost to you.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
